Terms & Conditions

The security deposit is collected to cover any damages, loss of property, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking violations, or breaches of house rules during the stay.
The apartment will be inspected on the day of check-out after all room key cards and pool access cards have been returned. Lost or damaged cards will be charged at €75.
Any damages or additional charges exceeding the deposit amount may be charged separately to the guest.
Check-in after 23:00 is subject to a late check-in fee of €25.
Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and prior approval.
